Nutrition month is apart of our tradition, we often celebrate it in our country to commemorate the month to raise health awareness. This month is very important to us, especially the right nutrition, basically educating us about nutrition, food, lifestyle and etc. This celebration is a reminder to help build a nutritious Filipino.
This is every helpful month since it molds young minds and bodies to be nutritious. There are millions of underweight and overweight Filipino, prioritizing this month will help them get shape and become healthy. Nutrition month is also a fun celebration because, in schools, the are plenty nutritional activities that promotes a healthy lifestyle and show casing talents, not only that but you can also enjoy by doing various activities, such as cooking show, poster making, salad making, food festivals, and many more. These activities are not for fun and give enjoyment to students but encouraging them to be nutritious and informing them to know that health comes first. Good and proper nutrition is important because it helps us fight disease, grow properly, and boosts our energy.
Lastly, Nutrition month makes a big difference to us because it builds a healthier nation. This month has a very bright path and it aims for everyone, like children's, teenagers, students, and young adults should be well aware when joining this celebration. Overall, Nutrition month aims to develop us about life-lessons like teamwork and to be informative. We should prioritize this month and be a healthy buddy.
