Letter to the Philippine President

Dear, President

I, as a citizen, I am glad to express my gratitude for constantly serving the Filipino people for about 3 years. You have worked tirelessly just to give us the best in this country. We are very glad that you are slowly taking your steps to shaping this country. Thank you, for being responsible despite all the shades thrown at you. But, as a Filipino citizen, I have some concerns regarding on your previous statements and on some issues in this country. You previously stated about the lowering of the price of rice's, yet the prices are still high and some farmers continue to suffer. Also, the flood control project, it has been three years since your term but you just decided to take actions now?
